Here’s how we handle things if something isn’t quite right:
✨ Changed your mind?
No problem — you can return most items within 14 days of delivery. We just ask that they’re unused, in their original packaging, and you cover the return postage.
✨ Faulty or damaged?
Oh no — that’s not what we want for you. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, just let us know within 7 days (with a quick photo if you can) and we’ll happily send a replacement or refund you in full, including postage.
✨ Quick refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
