The Chronicles of Hope CIC is a UK-based community interest company. All profits from our shop go directly towards supporting our charitable work.

2. Products

• We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
• Payments are processed securely via our online payment system.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

4. Delivery

• We will aim to use recycled packaging as far as possible.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days.
• We will send via Royal Mail second class.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g. postal strikes, courier delays).

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if there’s a problem, here’s how we can help:

• Change of Mind:
  • If you change your mind, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • The cost of return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Faulty or Damaged Items:
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund (including postage costs).
• How to Request a Return:

  • We will confirm the return process and address details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
