Online Shop Terms and Conditions - Chronicles of Hope

Welcome to The Chronicles of Hope online shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:  

1. About Us  

The Chronicles of Hope CIC is a UK-based community interest company. All profits from our online shop go directly towards supporting our charitable work.  

2. Products  

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.  

3. Orders & Payment  

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. Payments are processed securely via our online payment system. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.  

4. Delivery  

We aim to use recycled packaging whenever possible. We plan to dispatch orders within 7 working days. Delivery will be via Royal Mail second class. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g., postal strikes, courier delays).  

5. Returns & Refunds Policy  

We hope you love your purchase, but if there’s a problem, here’s how we can assist you:  

Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. The cost of return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.  

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including postage costs).  

How to Request a Return: Email us at info@thechroniclesofhope.org with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return process and address details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.  

6. Pre-Orders  

Items available for pre-order (such as our annual calendar) will be clearly marked. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Estimated dispatch dates will be stated on the product page, though these may vary slightly.  

7. Privacy & Data  

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used to process your order and communicate with you. We do not store payment details. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
