Hope Support Services
Supports young people aged 5–25 when a close family member is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. That includes emotional support, peer support, resources about going to university, etc.
Mobilise
For carers aged 18 and up. They offer online content, peer connection (“Mobilise Hub”), courses, group events (“Cuppas”), plus 1-to-1 support when available. A resource that many young carers find helpful.
