By entering the competition, you acknowledge that:
a) you confirm that you are the sole creator and copyright owner of the photograph submitted. You must not submit images that you do not own or that infringe upon the rights of any third party.
b) you give The Chronicles of Hope CIC permission to use your photo in our calendar and other materials. We may crop or resize your image to fit. You also agree that your name may be used in promotional material. Wherever possible, we’ll credit you as the photographer.
c) if your photo is selected for inclusion in the calendar, the month in which it appears will be chosen at the discretion of the organisers. Entrants cannot request or influence the month their image is featured. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
d) you will be added to our email subscriber list. However, we won't pass your details onto anyone else, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
